Return Policy & Product Issues
Order Modification Policy
Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no other modifications are allowed. You may notify the DCTChanel Support Team to make an order modification or cancellation request.
Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, damaged, if the quality of the printing is poor.
You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.
If there's an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) & send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area
We review claims within 72 hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, this orders will typically ship 5-10 days from the claim approval date.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost.
If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.
If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of DCTChanel if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.
Sizing Issues & Exchanges
We have a lot of sizes for you to choose and so we can't know which sizes you will choose. All are at your choice
If you would like to exchange a new product, we will do it with a fee of 50% from the Order Cost. We will support you 50% of this order & you can place an order back to your desired size
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.
